A journalist since the 90’s and since five years a part of the staff at Fojo Media Institute, working with communications and website developments. Occasionally teaching in Sweden and several times in Rwanda.

Heavily involved with the functional fitness community, acting as Secretary General on the board of the International Functional Fitness Federation (iF3).
